On Saturday, Laura M competed in the Ohio Games which included 1 mile, 5K, 10K, and Beast distances. Eight Buckeye Striders participated in the Columbus 10K in downtown Columbus on Sunday. Sharon, Linda, and Steve placed in their respective age groups and won coffee mugs. Laura M came out to cheer us on. The shirts and medals for the 10K are both pretty nice.
