February 21 -- No Group walk

Hwy Striders,

We are scheduled to be at Sharon Woods Saturday, February 21. Unfortunately, today the temps are below freezing,and tomorrow we are expecting a lot of snow very early. For that reason, tomorrow's group walk is unofficially canceled.

We do not have access to the indoor track tomorrow, but feel free to head to the Westerville Community Center to get in a couple of miles. The cost is $4.50 for nonresidents.

Donna Graham, front row on the left, will present a mini race walking clinic to the members of the Buckeye Striders April 19. (Donna is pictured with Steve, Pat and Nancy.)

One of our most accomplished members, Donna Graham, will present a mini race walking clinic in Columbus on April 19th.
Donna is very knowledgeable and has a great teaching style!
She will help those who currently race walk to fine-tune their form while helping novices to start with the basics.
This clinic is FREE to members of the Buckeye Striders.

Remember, you don't have to race to race walk.
